Afternoon of Life

Finding Purpose

What do you value? Experiences, time alone, friends, family, vacation, education, cold hard, cash, travel, your sense of humor? Or perhaps personal qualities of honesty, hard work, integrity, faith. If you were on a deserted island, what would you miss? If there were holes in the floor of heaven and you looked down, what would you want them to be saying about you at your funeral?

Living our best life is more likely when we are living in accordance with our values. So reflecting on what our actual values are is time well spent.

Maybe take time to reflect on values and purpose. Gaze at mountain, sunset or body of water or close eyes and imagine.
